PERSONALIZED REMOTE TRAINING (PRO)
Assist coaches and athletes in developing a periodic performance plan within a specific time frame. identify the athlete's strengths and weaknesses in their sport and setting achievable goals and providing continuous monitoring where necessary.
PRO PLAN include:
- 30' video interview.
- Daily communication throw app.
- Control of the training workload.
- Training package with 4 weeks of training adapted to the information given during the interview.
-Each training week will consist of 6 training sessions per week, which will include blocks of different physical qualities for the improvement of badminton and reduce risk of injury.
- Will be included 3 different activations or warm up and 3 different cool down programs.
- The progam can be changed and adjusted during the week, according to the needs and athlete´s feedback.
